This role is expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that operational processes support Celco’s commitments to quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with managers, employees, and vendors to support the effective operation of the company and ensure issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and Celco’s QA/QC program to ensure consistent product and process quality.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with organizational objectives, applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices (ISO 9001, ISNetworld, COR).
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes, procedures, and workflows to increase operational efficiency, enhance internal capacity, and reduce unnecessary effort and costs.
  • Monitor operational activities to ensure work is completed on schedule, resources are effectively utilized, and projects and production activities remain within budget.
  • Work with HR and department managers to assess current and future staffing requirements, support workforce planning, and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees as required.
  • Provide project management support for larger projects, including coordination with internal teams, customer communication and support, project scheduling, progress tracking, and monthly project reporting as required.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies throughout the order-to-shipment process, with a focus on improving margins and overall profitability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across order entry, design and engineering, integration, quality control, and product shipment.
