Remote (Canada) | Full-Time

Base Salary: $80,000-90,000 | Commission: $20,000-40,000 | OTE: $100,000 - 130,000

ABOUT US

Eterio Realities Inc. is a software company in Victoria, British Columbia, building augmented reality tools for industrial manufacturing. Our story began in 2010, out of challenges encountered during the construction of the Sparkling Hill Resort in Vernon, B.C.

Today our team of 30+ people across Canada, India and growing! We have built FabStation, an AR-enabled manufacturing execution system used by 250+ fabrication shops in 30+ countries. FabStation replaces paper and 2D drawings on the shop floor with AR-guided assembly, dimensional inspection, and production tracking, and it integrates with the workflows shops already run. Our mission is to empower steel fabricators with innovative augmented reality technology, revolutionizing the way they work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Account Manager to help build strong, long-term relationships with our clients in the steel fabrication industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, understanding their needs, solving problems, and helping them get lasting value from a product. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Support teams to drive client adoption, retention, renewals, and account growth. As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities to improve client success, retention, renewal, and expansion. The Account Manager will primarily manage accounts across the Eastern Time Zone and European time zones. You will be a key point of contact for clients after onboarding, helping ensure they are using FabStation effectively and seeing value from the platform. This will be a remote working role; however, in-person collaboration will occasionally be required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
Act as the main point of contact for client questions, concerns, renewals, and account updates
Monitor client usage, adoption, and overall account health
Identify at-risk accounts and create action plans to improve engagement
Schedule and lead regular client check-ins, renewal meetings, and quarterly business reviews
Work with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and workflows
Identify opportunities for upsells, additional devices, training, integrations, or expanded usage
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Support teams to resolve client issues
Track client activity, communication, and next steps in HubSpot
Support renewal conversations and help maintain strong retention rates
Gather client feedback and share insights internally to improve the product and customer experience
Obtain an expert-level understanding of our existing products and develop an understanding of our new products.
Travel to conferences, trade shows, and clients where required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Post-secondary education in Business or related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales
3+ years of experience managing renewals and expansion opportunities
Proven track record of hitting renewal targets and upsell quota
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with clients regularly over email, phone, and video calls
Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and follow-ups at the same time
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning and explaining software or technology products
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult client conversations professionally
Fluent English required; Fluent French required
Experience with HubSpot or CRM an asset
Experience delivering client presentations, demos, or business reviews is an asset
Experience in construction, steel fabrication, manufacturing, SaaS, or technology is an asset
