Travel: Travel extensively throughout Alberta to visit retail locations, attend meetings with clients, and participate in industry events and trade shows.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client interactions. Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or merchandising, preferably in the consumer health or retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within Alberta and occasionally outside the province.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

What’s in it for you:

Competitive salary and bonus structure of 20-40% of your base salary
Working in a market that is already established and thriving
The opportunity to build relationships with clients across the province, while ensure Webber Naturals sales are soaring
Working with a great team in a dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on health and wellness.

You get:

Great healthcare benefits (including health and personal spending accounts)
Vacation and wellness days
