Monitor inventory, product quality, freshness, safety, security, and loss prevention, ensuring concerns are identified and addressed promptly.
Ensure Health and Food Safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are consistently followed.

Partner with Human Resources on hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and employee recognition, while providing ongoing direction and support to the Warehouse team.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse operations, service, quality, and efficiency, while ensuring effective communication and follow-up with internal and external partners.
Contribute to overall team success by taking on additional related responsibilities as needed.
