Our team members uphold the standards we set long ago by making the exceptional everyday, building relationships with our customers and with each other, and finding a place where their potential meets opportunity.

Job Description

Be part of what makes us different.

You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
