From the moment we opened our doors in 1981, we knew we wanted to be different. The people who work here are special, and that’s what makes us special. Our team members uphold the standards we set long ago by making the exceptional everyday, building relationships with our customers and with each other, and finding a place where their potential meets opportunity.

Job Description

Be part of what makes us different.

You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
