Company Description
Fast Offshore is an international strategic advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, investors, founders, and regulated businesses operating across complex international markets.
Founded in 1998, the firm brings nearly three decades of experience in regulatory strategy, market entry, corporate structuring, governance, and cross-border commercial matters. Fast Offshore advises clients not simply on how to establish or license a business, but on how to structure it intelligently for long-term credibility, resilience, and commercial success.
Our work spans regulated industries and multiple jurisdictions, combining senior-level strategic advice with the ability to coordinate implementation where required. This includes regulatory and licensing strategy, corporate and ownership structuring, governance, compliance frameworks, and selected execution and administrative services.
Fast Offshore works closely with principals, investors, legal counsel, tax advisers, and other professional advisers, often at the intersection of regulation, ownership, operations, and commercial strategy.
The firm is deliberately relationship-driven and discreet. Our focus is on sound judgment, practical solutions, and building structures that remain effective as businesses grow, markets evolve, and regulatory expectations change.
