Overview
Join a dynamic team at Fastenal, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our supply chain and provide support in various aspects of warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock, packing and shipping orders.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Organise warehouse space and optimise stock storage.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Nice to have
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Forklift certification.
