Title: Project Manager – Ottawa
Base Salary: $127,500-130,000+
Variable/Bonus: $7,500 – 10,000+
On Target Earnings: $135,000-140,000+
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager
Hired by: SVP Operations

Strongly supports the Health & Safety program.
Plan, organize, lead, controls, and evaluate all site activities.
Start to finish mindset.
Identify, analyze, communicate potential future events that may affect adversely the project.
Assess (root cause of potential issues)
Strategy (build an attack plan, budget, communicate, seek support and approvals)
Execute (Attack the issue)
Review and coordinate delivery dates of critical materials.
Direct foreman and tradesman in daily site activities.

Responsibilities
Plan, lead, control, and evaluate site activities from project start to completion, directing foremen and tradespeople while supporting the health and safety program. Coordinate critical material deliveries and proactively identify, assess, communicate, and resolve risks to protect schedule, quality, and project outcomes.
Requirements
The role calls for experience managing large capital construction projects, including projects valued at $20 million or more, and the ability to work effectively with trades, construction, steel, transportation, and end-user audiences.
