Here's what you'll bring:

Graduate of a law clerk/legal admin program or equivalent experience will be considered an asset
Exceptional phone manner with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to problem solve and prioritize issues.
Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment.
Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
Intermediate computer skills in MS Office and Outlook.
Advanced proficiency in French (reading, writing, and speaking) required. Bilingualism certification is considered an asset.
Candidates must be flexible to work a regular rotating late shift up to 7:00 pm (AST).

Total Direct Compensation:

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
