Original job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven Marketing Executive to join our North America Marketing team in Toronto – and that’s where you come in!

This is a broad, hands-on role with real variety across both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, events, lead generation, content creation, and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with colleagues across North America and our global creative and digital teams, helping to deliver marketing that strengthens the FDM brand, supports business growth and attracts future talent.

What you’ll do

  • Support the planning, delivery and reporting of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
  • Support lead generation and nurture through email marketing and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
  • Help create and maintain sales collateral, presentations and case studies and overall marketing content including social, email and web
  • Own event logistics at FDM centers, universities and expos - from kit and stand setup to collateral and lead-generation mechanics
  • Use generative-AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign production and reporting workflows
  • Work with internal stakeholders and our global creative team to deliver projects on time and to brief, championing the creative processes behind our ‘internal agency’ model
  • Support wider brand initiatives, including the FDM Alumni Network, partnerships, and industry awards
  • Keep projects on track in Monday.com and maintain our standard operating procedures

About You

What we’ll be looking for

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • A marketing qualification (desirable)
  • Experience support marketing campaigns across digital campaigns, especially email marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software and CRM platforms
  • Comfort using generative-AI tools in day-to-day marketing work
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and confidence managing competing priorities and stakeholders
  • A data-driven, analytical mindset able to turn campaign data into actionable insight, with confidence working with reporting dashboards and spreadsheets. Experience with GA4 is desirable

Why join us?

  • Be part of a business with genuine social purpose, helping people from diverse backgrounds launch successful careers in tech
  • Gain broad exposure across both B2B and B2C marketing, helping people from all backgrounds launch successful careers in tech
  • Tell FDM’s story to both audiences: inspiring future talent to join our Career Development Program, and showing clients the impact our consultants and AI-enabled skill deliver for their business
  • Collaborate with teams across North America, Europe and APAC
  • Ongoing development and genuine opportunities for career progression
