Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance, reliability, and security.

About You

What you’ll bring

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Experience delivering technology within banking, capital markets, payments, wealth management, or related financial services.
Experience with APIs, systems integration, SQL, and relational databases.
Familiarity with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
Experience working within large, cross-functional teams, with ownership of development work through production.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Additional experience we value

Backend engineering: microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, or other messaging technologies.
Full-stack development: React or Angular alongside backend development.
Cloud delivery: AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment automation.
Financial platforms: trading, clearing and settlement, securities processing, collateral, payments, or wealth systems.
