Technical Review: Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to support inspections and identify issues during machine setup and testing.
Hands-On Validation: Use hand tools and measuring equipment to confirm machine quality and build integrity.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, customer service, and sales to resolve issues and ensure a seamless QA process.
Show Machine Preparation: Inspect show/demo machines for proper setup and system integration prior to presentations or customer viewings.
Production Monitoring: Monitor production timelines, track delays, and report risks to ensure builds stay on schedule.
Customer Feedback Loop: Act on customer service input to continuously improve QA procedures and sign-off processes.
Documentation Management: Maintain QA records including checklists, deviation forms, inspection reports, and sign-off documentation.
Non-Conformance Handling: Investigate issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Quality Metrics: Track key quality indicators, support internal audits, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in quality assurance, testing, or inspection within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics; hands-on experience using measurement tools and diagnostic equipment.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, track multiple deadlines, and keep projects on track.
