The Email Marketing Specialist supports the planning, production, and delivery of Federation CJA’s email marketing and digital engagement initiatives.
Working closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders, the specialist will build and test email campaigns, maintain reusable templates, manage contact lists and audience segments, create online forms, and help ensure that communications are accurate, accessible, responsive, and aligned with organizational standards.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, a working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and an interest in email marketing technology and data management. This position is suitable for an entry-level candidate with relevant training or experience, as well as a more experienced email marketing professional.

La personne spécialiste en marketing par courriel contribue à la planification, à la production et au déploiement des initiatives de marketing par courriel et d’engagement numérique de la Fédération CJA.
En étroite collaboration avec l’équipe du Marketing et les parties prenantes internes, cette personne crée et teste des campagnes par courriel, tient à jour des modèles réutilisables, gère les listes de contacts et les segments d’audience, crée des formulaires en ligne et veille à ce que les communications soient exactes, accessibles, adaptatives et conformes aux normes de l’organisation.
La personne recherchée possède un grand souci du détail, une connaissance pratique du HTML et du CSS ainsi qu’un intérêt pour les technologies de marketing par courriel et la gestion des données. Ce poste convient aussi bien à une personne en début de carrière possédant une formation ou une expérience pertinente qu’à une personne ayant une expérience plus approfondie en marketing par courriel.
