Position Summary:

Fersa is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager - Canada to lead the growth and development of our Canadian market. This role will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and driving profitable revenue growth across Fersa's product portfolio.

The successful candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto Area and will oversee accounts throughout Canada, with primary focus on the Toronto and Edmonton markets. This is a field-based sales position requiring a high level of customer engagement, frequent travel, and consistent sales activity. Success in this role will be measured through customer visits, call activity, business development efforts, and revenue growth.

This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers and Fersa, ensuring exceptional service while expanding market share and strengthening strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Canadian market.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales and market penetration.
Prospect and secure new business opportunities across all Fersa product lines.
Conduct regular in-person customer visits throughout Canada, with particular emphasis on the Greater Toronto Area and Edmonton.
Maintain a disciplined sales process, including a high volume of customer calls, account reviews, and prospecting activities.
Achieve established call and customer visit targets to drive territory growth and customer engagement.
Build strong relationships with warehouse distributors, commercial vehicle aftermarket customers, rebuilders, repair facilities, and other key channel partners.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business strategy and product development.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, customer service, and product management teams to ensure excellent customer support and execution.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and territory planning.
Participate in industry trade shows, customer events, and regional sales meetings.
Serve as the primary liaison between Canadian customers and internal Fersa departments.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth objectives.

Travel Requirements:

Travel throughout Canada is required, with significant focus on Ontario and Alberta.
Expected travel commitment of approximately 60-70%, including overnight travel.
Regular customer visits are a critical component of the role and a key performance metric.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of sales or account management experience within the commercial vehicle, automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, or related industries.
Proven success in territory development, account growth, and new business acquisition.
Experience working with distributors, aftermarket customers, or OEM channels is preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout Canada.
Valid passport for some travel to US.
