At FFUN Group, growth isn't just something we talk about. With over 800 employees across 30 locations in Canada and expanding operations in the United States, we're building an organization with unlimited potential.

We sell, fix, and finance some of the coolest products in the world. But it's our people who bring FFUN to life. We're passionate about building a workplace where people feel they belong, are empowered to do their best work, and are encouraged to build a life worth living. We believe that when our people thrive, our business and our customers do too.

We're looking for an exceptional Vice President, People & Culture to help bring that vision to life.

As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead our People & Culture and Payroll functions, contribute to business strategy, and play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent, strengthening our culture, and supporting our continued growth.

You'll work alongside an established, strategically focused team, with the autonomy to identify organizational trends, tackle root causes, and develop innovative programs and solutions that make a measurable difference for our people and our business.

We're looking for more than an HR expert. We want a business-minded, hands-on leader who understands that great people strategies drive great business results.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Executive Leadership

  • Contribute to business strategy and executive decision-making as a member of FFUN's Senior Leadership Team.
  • Develop and execute a People & Culture strategy aligned with organizational goals, growth plans, and operational priorities.
  • Analyze workforce trends, identify root causes, and independently develop strategies and programs to address organizational challenges.
  • Leverage people analytics and meaningful KPIs to evaluate results, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

Talent, Leadership & Culture

  • Lead strategies for talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Strengthen performance management, employee engagement, and accountability across the organization.
  • Champion FFUN's core values and foster a high-performance culture where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
  • Partner with operational leaders to build leadership capabilities and improve organizational effectiveness.

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards

  • Oversee compensation strategies, incentive programs, employee benefits, and total rewards initiatives to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Lead the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Payroll to ensure the accurate and consistent administration of compensation, benefits, and employee programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment, compensation, and benefits legislation, policies, and regulatory requirements.

People Operations & Organizational Growth

  • Work alongside the People & Culture and Payroll teams, providing hands-on leadership, guidance, and support in navigating complex challenges, making sound decisions, and delivering results.
  • Oversee employee relations, employment compliance, organizational risk, and policy development.
  • Support acquisitions, organizational integration, and change management as FFUN continues to expand.
  • Champion continuous improvement in HR technology, systems, and processes to support a growing business.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant progressive experience in Human Resources or People & Culture leadership, including senior leadership or executive-level experience.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategy with operational and financial performance.
  • Experience leading HR functions in complex, multi-location organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational development, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • A sound understanding of employment legislation, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Experience using workforce analytics and organizational trends to develop proactive, measurable solutions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge, support, and collaborate with executive leaders.
  • A proven ability to build capable teams, lead change, and deliver measurable results.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. A CPHR designation is considered an asset.

Above all, you'll bring sound judgment, curiosity, accountability, and a genuine passion for building strong businesses through great people.
