Administrative Assistant - FFUN Group Permanent - Full-Time

Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things organized, getting things done, and being the person everyone can count on?

FFUN Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Office in Saskatoon. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, energetic, and looking to build their professional experience in a fast-paced business.

This won’t be a role where every day looks the same. One minute you may be coordinating a meeting or organizing documents, and the next you could be picking something up across the city, helping prepare for an event, or supporting one of our executives with a personal errand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to our Corporate Office and leadership team
Assist with calendar coordination, meetings, documents, printing, scanning, filing, and general office administration
Complete errands, pickups, deliveries, and other tasks throughout Saskatoon
Provide personal assistant support to executives as required
Help coordinate meetings, lunches, events, travel arrangements, and office activities
Order and maintain office supplies and help keep common areas organized
Receive visitors and help create a welcoming, professional Corporate Office environment
Assist with basic data entry, spreadsheets, correspondence, and document preparation
Support special projects and jump in wherever an extra set of hands is needed
Handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

What we're looking for:

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking more for the right attitude and approach.

Strong organization skills and attention to detail
A positive, helpful, “I’ll take care of it” attitude
Comfortable working independently and figuring things out
Reliable and able to follow through on commitments
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, or able to learn quickly
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Professionalism and good judgment
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for errands and pickups
Previous administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is an asset, but not required
