Proven experience in a Powersports Service Manager or senior service leadership role

Strong organizational and operational discipline

A mindset focused on growth, accountability, and results

Ability to manage both people and financial performance

Experience in powersports, automotive, or a related industry is preferred

Comfortable working across multiple product categories and brands

Strong communication and leadership skills

Someone who takes ownership and treats the department like their own business
Valid Driver's license and Motorcycle license.

What Success Looks Like:

Increased shop volume and consistent workflow

Strong technician productivity and efficiency

Improved profitability across labour and service operations

High customer satisfaction and repeat business

A team that is engaged, accountable, and performing at a high level
