Partner with the Product team to support analytics related to competitor analysis, performance reporting, risk ratings, fund comparisons and research initiatives.
Apply sound engineering practices including version control (Git), modular code design, logging and unit testing.
Support an agile development approach, responding to evolving internal business needs.

Maintain internal data security, access controls and governance standards.
Work cross-functionally with Product, BI and Engineering teams to deliver reliable internal analytics solutions.

What We’re Looking For

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Analytics or a closely related role.
Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation and analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, SQL development and performance optimization.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational and cloud-based data platforms.
Experience building internal data pipelines, automation, or analytics tools.
Experience with Tableau (preferred).

The Expertise You Bring

Understanding of how BI tools consume and interact with engineered data models.

Understanding of internal data governance, security and access management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting analytics for financial products or capital markets.
