SAP Cyber Security Architect

Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga) (Hybrid Role, Only Locals)

Base up to $130K + 12% bonus.

Architect who owns SAP security across a global landscape: designs it, sets standards & advises SAP Basis, development and business teams. Not an admin who builds roles. Typically

10+ years, from SI/consulting architecture roles or in-house at a large global SAP

environment.

What the client wants 

•Architecture/enterprise level, beyond implementation and execution.

•Primary: SAP technology. Basis, platform architecture, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud (BTP, SaaS, RISE). 

•SAP security is a must-have, but platform and connectivity security, not access administration. 

•Connectivity: RFC, Cloud Connector, API security, OAuth. Middleware: PI/PO, Cloud Integration Suite. 

•Security across technology-agnostic domains (not only IAM), at an architectural level. Integration with enterprise IAM /

Entra ID is a plus.

•Nice to have: CISSP, CISM, SAP Security or GRC certifications. German is a plus.

Own and architect SAP security across a global landscape, establishing standards and advising SAP Basis, development, and business teams. Design security for SAP platforms and connectivity, including cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise identity connections.

Requirements

Typically requires 10 or more years of experience in SAP architecture, gained in consulting or within a large global SAP environment. Requires enterprise-level SAP technology and security architecture expertise, including platform and connectivity security; CISSP, CISM, SAP Security or GRC certifications, and German are advantages.
