Working collaboratively with internal business areas, technology partners, system integrators, insurers, and other stakeholders, the position supports FSRA’s broader modernization agenda by advancing innovative, data-driven, automated, and sustainable supervisory approaches that strengthen regulatory effectiveness and improve consumer outcomes in Ontario.

Guide development of capabilities including risk-based filing triage and decisioning, regulatory workflow and case management, supervisory analytics and market intelligence, AI-assisted supervision, digital insurer experience and self-service functionality and enterprise reporting and regulatory intelligence capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Leadership

Serve as the primary business lead for stakeholder engagement related to the transformation program.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, industry associations, technology partners, and other stakeholders.
Lead organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption activities required to support successful implementation.
