BC & Yukon Territory

Earning Potential: $125,000–$135,000+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Are you a driven sales professional with a strong technical background in power generation, electrical systems, or heavy equipment? We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base throughout British Columbia and the Yukon

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

Promote and sell diesel and gas generator sets, power generation equipment, and related accessories
Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, engineers, consultants, and end users
Manage and grow an assigned territory across BC and Yukon
Work with our Inside Sales Team to prepare quotations, estimates, pricing proposals, and sales forecasts
Maintain accurate customer and sales information within company CRM systems
Ensure all sales documentation and customer agreements are completed accurately
Drive profitable equipment, parts, and service sales opportunities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of experience (Inside or Outside Sales) in the electrical, industrial, or power generation industry.
Working knowledge of engines, power generation systems, and electrical distribution equipment are a strong asset
Aptitude to engage in consultative and solution-based sales
Experience with bid/specification sales is considered an asset
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Solid business acumen, including understanding of financing, credit, and sales processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent organization, time management, and territory planning abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (approximately 20%)
