Position Overview
The Original FARM is a leading cannabis retailer that empowers guests to make informed decisions through a thoughtful and innovative customer experience. We are cannabis educators who share our passion, knowledge, and expertise with every guest.
As a Retail Sales & Delivery Associate, you’ll play a dual role supporting both our in-store guest experience and scheduled deliveries. You’ll spend time on the road delivering packaged cannabis orders safely, accurately, and on time, while also supporting the retail team as a Budtender when delivery volume is lower.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of in-store and on-the-road work, takes pride in providing exceptional guest service, and is interested in growing within the cannabis retail space.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Delivery
- Safely deliver packaged cannabis products to guests using a company-provided vehicle
- Ensure orders are handled accurately and delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate delivery records and follow all required delivery procedures
- Communicate with Dispatch to support timely and accurate deliveries
- Safely operate company equipment and vehicles
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery procedures in accordance with training and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with guests and Dispatch, escalating any issues or concerns as needed
Retail & Budtending
- Provide knowledgeable and professional service to guests and support informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide accurate, compliant cannabis education
- Support sales through product recommendations and promotions
- Process transactions accurately while following inventory and operational procedures
- Assist with merchandising, store setup, cleaning, and maintaining an organized retail environment
- Support receiving, inventory, and other store operations as required
- Provide occasional coverage at other locations when required
- Support the team with Budtending and other store responsibilities when there is no delivery work
General Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Store Leadership and the broader team to support store success
- Maintain a professional and positive approach with guests and team members
- Follow all company policies, procedures, training requirements, and applicable cannabis regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 19+ years of age
- Valid Class 5 or 7 BC Driver’s Licence
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- BC Selling It Right Certificate
- Legally permitted to work in Canada
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using technology, apps, and communication tools
- Previous delivery, logistics, retail, or customer service experience is considered an asset
Terms of Employment
- Part-time hourly position, offering up to 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must be willing to provide coverage for team members during sick days, leaves, or other staffing needs
- Must be willing to sign FARM’s terms of employment contract
