Title: Operation Support Analyst, eHealth
Salary: $76,530- $90,879 - $105,229 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term until March 31, 2028
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week Flexible schedule with 7.5 hour days e.g. 9am-4pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Metro Vancouver, Alberni office, located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (minimum 20% in the office).
About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, eHealth, the Operation Support Analyst provides support to FNHA eHealth for maintaining the FNHA Supported EMR and Telehealth network to an expanding health provider network including Primary Care, Virtual Services and Remote Nursing Station teams to advance operational activities by tracking, troubleshooting, escalating, and monitoring the resolution of requests from FNHA, Community, and other eHealth program stakeholders.
The Operations Support Analyst performs business and technical analysis activities for eHealth Operations. This role is the first line to receive inbound requests on behalf of the eHealth Team. This role leverages exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, in combination with a good understanding of clinical, technical and regional requirements. This analyst gathers and translates request information to ensure support is directed appropriately across the eHealth team. This analyst role also develops and refines support-related workflows, performs gap analyses. The Operations Support Analyst also drafts and validates knowledge-based articles and Standard Operating Procedures based on departmental, organization, and industry best practices.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or related field required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Experience
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Experience with digital health technologies
- Experience providing training/orientation to adults on new technology and concepts
- Experience using MOIS EMR is an asset
Knowledge
- Knowledge of health care industry and clinical services is required
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and other digital health technologies and services is required
- Knowledge of mobile devices, infrastructure, database, SharePoint, and web solutions is required
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and learning applications is an asset
- Knowledge of First Nations healthcare and/or culture is an asset
Competencies
- Strong customer service orientation
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
