Title: Senior Analyst, Planning
Salary: $91,172 - $45,002 - $123,351 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent – Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: All of B.C. – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
About The Role
As Senior Analyst, Planning, you will lead strategic and operational planning processes, frameworks, and environmental scans across the FNHA to guide executive decision-making. In this role, you will develop planning tools, manage project plans, and build collaborative partnerships across internal teams and First Nations partners to ensure aligned, high-quality reporting.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master’s degree is an asset.
Experience
- 5 – 7 years of recent, relevant, and progressive experience in performance management, planning and reporting.
- Experience working with First Nations.
- In-depth knowledge of BC’s First Nations health governance landscape, paired with an active commitment to Cultural Safety and Humility.
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and clear, executive-level written and oral communication.
- Experience producing planning and reporting products in a provincial office and/or corporate setting.
- Experience with SharePoint and/or online reporting an asset.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
