Original job description
First Resource Management Group Inc. (FRMG) provides sustainable forest management services to tenure-holding clients on over 10 million hectares throughout northeastern, northwestern, and southeastern Ontario, as well as other parts of Canada. We provide forest-based solutions on behalf of forest tenure holders to support the sustainable management and use of forest resources. We are a growth-oriented company serving clients on both private and public land.
Our multidisciplinary teams support FRMG's ongoing growth by consistently providing high-quality, timely, and cost-effective professional services. We excel as a full-service forest management provider, from the administration and coordination of forest licences, strategic analysis, and forest management and operational planning through to the successful establishment of the future forest. We also take on individual projects that have the potential to grow into new and exciting program areas.
The breadth and scale of our operations, along with the experience of our staff, provide opportunities for new team members to learn and grow alongside other professionals. We are also active in developing nature-based solutions that address environmental and climate-related challenges.
FRMG rewards leadership, innovation, continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and dedication to our collaborative team environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with spatial data, improving processes, and contributing to a collaborative team.
The position will be based out of FRMG's New Liskeard or North Bay office. Flexible work arrangements may be available in accordance with FRMG's telework policy.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
The following would be considered assets:
