Maintains delivery discipline across design, build, testing, release, support and long-term sustainability, including secure coding, peer review, automation, traceability and risk-based change controls.
AI-Assisted Development & Modernization: Leads controlled adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development capabilities and identifies technical debt, unsupported technologies and modernization opportunities. Ensures approved tools, authorized data use, human review, testing and practical transition plans that improve resilience, maintainability and delivery speed.
Operational Reliability & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with Architecture, Operations, Cyber Security, Cloud and service owners on design decisions, non-functional requirements, monitoring, support readiness, incident response and recovery. Escalates material risks and exceptions and ensures sustainable remediation of application and integration issues.
Delivery, Vendors, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Plans capacity and delivery commitments, manages dependencies and vendors, and communicates progress, risks and trade-offs.
