Job Overview

As a Concierge, you are the “face” of the high-end residential properties. You are responsible for greeting all residents and visitors with a warm smile and doing their utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to solve problems and diffuse sticky situations.

Skills And Qualifications

Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff
Proficiency in speaking Cantonese and Mandarin is required

Physical Requirements

Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Shifts Available

Saturday - 10:00AM-20:00PM; Tuesday & Wednesday - 08:00AM-20:00PM; Friday (only work one Friday in each pay period) - 08:00AM-20:00PM

Responsibilities

Greet residents and visitors warmly and provide a high standard of customer service at a high-end residential property. Patrol the property, handle packages safely, solve problems, and help diffuse difficult situations.

Requirements

At least one year of direct, in-person customer service experience is required; experience with strata buildings is an asset. Excellent written and spoken English, along with spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, is required, as is the ability to patrol the property and safely handle packages in varied weather conditions.
