Organize and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail; prioritize tasks and coordinate across internal teams to meet client SLAs.
Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring clarity on issue resolution, service delivery, and commercial changes.
Coordinate escalations, track account KPIs, and maintain accurate account and opportunity records in eCRM.
Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified, as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have:

3+ years of experience in payments or financial services product knowledge and relevant standards such as PCI DSS or NACHA.
3+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
4+ years of experience using Salesforce and CRM analytics.

How you’ll work:

This role is on-site 3 days a week and 2 remote days per week. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
