Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Growth Marketing based out of our Toronto office.

About the Team

The Growth Marketing team drives commercial growth across the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) portfolio while connecting relevant Fitch Learning products to the Canadian market. Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital and Brand teams, the team develops data-informed campaigns and customer journeys that strengthen acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Develop and execute commercial marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth across the CSI product portfolio, including supporting CSI’s evolving market position following regulatory change.
Plan and deliver integrated growth marketing campaigns across digital channels to support demand generation, customer acquisition and conversion.
Use campaign, customer and market data to identify opportunities to improve performance, including testing and experimentation to optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Support customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing initiatives that improve learner engagement, retention and progression through CSI learning pathways.
Partner with Fitch Learning Product Marketing teams to identify and commercialise relevant products for the Canadian market, supporting cross-portfolio campaigns and customer progression.
Build a strong understanding of the Canadian financial services education market, monitoring customer behaviour, competitor activity and market trends to inform marketing strategy and commercial opportunities.
Track campaign performance against commercial KPIs and provide clear recommendations to improve revenue contribution, lead generation, conversion, cross-sell performance and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Digital and Brand teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned with commercial priorities and client needs.

You May Be a Good Fit If

You have experience in growth, performance, digital or product marketing, ideally within financial services, professional education, SaaS or a similarly regulated industry.
You have hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including demand-generation and lifecycle initiatives.
You are comfortable analysing campaign and customer data, using insights to make recommendations and improve commercial outcomes.
You have experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Digital, Brand and Product Marketing.

Experience in the Canadian financial services, professional education or learning and development market.
Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives or cross-sell campaigns across a multi-product portfolio.
Strong commercial mindset, with an ability to translate customer and market insight into actionable growth opportunities.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 70,000 CAD and 80,000 CAD per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, past performance and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
