- Architectural mastery and technical depth – Proven track record of designing maintainable, scalable systems; excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and the ability to make architectural decisions and live with their consequences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

FOR TORONTO ROLES ONLY
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 160,000 CAD and 200,000 CAD per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
