Fix Network is a global leader in repair and restoration services for vehicles, homes, and businesses, supporting a growing family of locally owned and operated brands in collision repair, mechanical services, glass care, and property restoration.

About The Role

Fix Network is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven National Key Account Manager to manage and grow one of our key insurance partnerships.

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Fix Network and a national insurance partner, ensuring alignment of business objectives, driving performance, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and franchise partners to support strategic initiatives and achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with key insurance partner stakeholders, including leadership teams and regional contacts.
Develop and execute Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) to drive growth and performance.
Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning meetings.
Monitor KPIs, volume targets, market share, and profitability metrics.
Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and partner updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the partner and Fix Network.
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience in collision repair, insurance, account management, or business development.
Strong knowledge of collision repair operations and insurance programs.
Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts and complex stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
