We are committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and work environments. Located in Fort Erie, Ontario, our dynamic 500,000 sq. ft. build-to-print facility specializes in manufacturing sheet-metal, machined, and composite parts and assemblies for several major aerospace OEMs.

We are currently launching an exciting new program and are seeking bright, talented individuals who are eager to lead and grow with our evolving organization. Our culture is grounded in mutual respect and driven by a passion for continuous improvement. Fleet Canada Inc. offers fulfilling careers in a variety of areas, including production, engineering, quality, methods planning, and management.

Join our reputable, family-oriented team, where careers are not only built - but nurtured. Enjoy the rewards of a stable, fast-paced, and growing company that values your success and offers ample opportunities for professional development.

Job Summary:

Fleet Canada is seeking a motivated and driven Project Coordinator with strong leadership skills to support our team in executing program launch initiatives from start to finish. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of program and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams, excels in organization and analysis, and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position requires independence, resourcefulness, initiative, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead internal project planning and execution across engineering, production, and quality departments.
Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment across teams.
Identify risks and resolve project issues to keep initiatives on track.
Monitor project performance and report updates to leadership with timely clear metrics and insights.
Analyze and interpret large task lists and parts from bills of materials to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing effective solutions.
Promote team collaboration, accountability, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications/Experience:

4 years of experience in a project-based environment is preferred – but not required.
Proven ability to work with and analyze large task lists and parts from bills of materials.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and risk assessment.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Highly analytical, resourceful, and self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required); experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools is an asset.
Education in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is preferred, but not required.

Ideal Candidate:

Project Leadership: You have experience coordinating projects and aligning teams around shared goals.
Analytical Thinker: You handle large task lists with ease and use insights to drive decisions.
Independent & Resourceful: You’re proactive, self-motivated, and know how to navigate challenges without constant direction.
Adaptable & Resilient: You remain flexible and focused when things shift or challenges arise.
Detail-Oriented: You stay organized and maintain accuracy across documentation and project deliverables.
Collaborative Communicator: You work well with all levels of an organization and keep stakeholders informed.
Results-Driven: You take initiative and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.

If you are driven, precise, and ready to contribute to a team that values quality and innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Fleet Canada.Inc
