Job Description
Fleetway is hiring Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to support the delivery and long-term sustainment of Canada’s next generation naval platforms. Working closely with engineering, program, and service delivery teams, you will perform and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR and M) activities to inform design decisions and downstream sustainment planning. You will analyze data, support obsolescence management, and contribute to the development of high-quality ILS deliverables for internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers.
This role is open to Junior, Intermediate, and Senior professionals. Responsibilities and level of autonomy will be tailored based on experience, with opportunities for senior resources to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.

- Support asset management and maintenance management activities associated with capital assets, including data analysis, sustainment planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Integrated Logistics Support, maintenance planning, and sustainment considerations, collaborating closely with engineering and program teams.
