Original job description

FLEURS DE VILLES, based in Vancouver, is growing. Pun intended.

From our launch nine years ago on the west coast of Canada, we have created over 170 luxury pop-up fresh flower shows in 5 countries, in 29 cities and have worked with over 1,700 of the world’s favourite florists, elevating floral arts globally.

Our brand of floral experiences are in demand, and repeatedly secured by top retail, cultural and botanical destinations around the world and aligned with international brand sponsors.

We are passionate about many things: public luxury and place-making, the elevation of floristry as an art form, story-telling, disrupting the status quo, bringing flowers to the people, igniting happiness and well-being and simply encouraging people to stop and smell the roses. We are also passionate about our team.

Our purpose is focused. We continue to establish Fleurs de Villes as an international luxury experiential and omni-channel brand – juxtaposed with hyper-local content. In each market we pop up in we bring the top local floral talent together with growers, distributors, inspired partners and luxury parnters, cultural groups and institutions and well, just about anyone who loves flowers – meaning our possibility is endless and our team is growing.

All of that said, we have recently extended our brand into lifestyle products and show-specific merchandise – curated, designed, and delivered with the same beauty and excellence that defines our events. Fleurs de Villes BOUTIQUE is now up and running and we are looking to expand our team.

To that end, we are seeking a Full-Cycle Product & Procurement Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commerce. This role is for a driven, detail-oriented builder who can seamlessly manage the entire product lifecycle: from sourcing locally and overseas, to design development, working seamlessly with 3PLS, globally with Shopify, bricks and mortar channels and post-purchase customer care.

The Role

As our Full-Cycle Product Manager, you’ll be the conductor of the orchestra – ensuring that our products not only arrive beautifully crafted, but also reach customers with a flawless online experience. You will:

Product Development & Sourcing

Lead the end-to-end sourcing of lifestyle products with international suppliers.
Manage design briefs, sampling, and quality control to align with Fleurs de Villes’ luxury standards.
Negotiate costs, timelines, and vendor agreements while ensuring sustainability and ethical practices.

E-Commerce Management (Shopify)

Oversee all aspects of our e-comm BOUTIQUE – from product uploads and merchandising to promotions, analytics, and reporting.
Work with all 3PLS to ensure seamless customer delivery.
Optimize online sales through UX improvements, marketing integrations, and conversion tracking, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver a cohesive brand presence online.

Customer Experience & Support

Own the customer journey from purchase to post-purchase, including handling escalations and solving customer service issues with grace.
Build systems for returns, replacements, and feedback loops to inform future product development.
Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium nature of the Fleurs de Villes brand.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with our co-founders, designers, logistics teams, and partners to deliver product launches on time and on brand.
Analyze performance data to refine future product decisions.
Build and lead a bigger team as we expand into many areas, with success and a clear roadmap.

About You

You are an entrepreneurial product leader who understands both beauty and business. You thrive in dynamic environments and balance the creative vision of luxury products with the operational detail of getting them into customers’ hands.

You bring:

5+ years of experience in product management, sourcing, or supply chain (luxury/lifestyle/e-commerce strongly preferred).
Proven track record of managing overseas production and supplier relationships.
Hands-on experience with Shopify (a must).
Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and inventory management with 3PLS.
Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A love for design, aesthetics, and storytelling through products.

Why Join Us?

Be part of a global brand redefining the luxury floral and lifestyle space.
Lead the development of beautiful, story-driven products from concept to customer.
Work in a creative, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment.
Shape a new vertical in a company known for world-class experiential innovation.

At Fleurs de Villes, every product tells a story. If you’re ready to design, deliver, and delight at every step of the journey, we’d love to hear from you.
