Role Overview

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both Power Apps and

Power Automate. The successful candidate will independently deliver business solutions from requirements

and design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and UX Designers to build secure, reliable

and user-friendly solutions that follow enterprise architecture and Center of Excellence (CoE) governance

standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, including complex forms, galleries,

reusable components and responsive layouts.

  • Build and support Power Automate cloud flows, including approvals, scheduled workflows, error handling

and integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, Outlook, Teams and other connectors.

  • Design and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles using

solution-aware development practices.

  • Independently manage delivery from requirements analysis and solution design through development,

testing, deployment and support, with minimal supervision.

  • Work with Business Analysts to clarify requirements, Solution Architects to align with architecture and

governance standards, and UX Designers to create intuitive interfaces.

  • Apply application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices, including solutions, environment strategy,

connection references, environment variables and deployment pipelines.

  • Follow CoE standards for naming conventions, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, security, performance

and documentation.

  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize application and flow performance, and contribute reusable components and

templates.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Power Apps experience, with demonstrated experience building both Canvas

and Model-Driven apps.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Power Automate experience, including cloud flows, approvals, scheduled flows,

error handling and connector-based integrations.

  • Strong Dataverse knowledge, including table design, relationships, business rules, security roles and

solution-aware development.

  • Proven ability to deliver solutions independently across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Practical knowledge of ALM and deployment using Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience applying Power Platform governance, security, DLP and performance standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business, architecture and design teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building Power Apps code apps using frameworks and technologies such as React or

TypeScript on the Power Platform.

  • 1-2 years of Copilot Studio experience, including agents with topics, knowledge sources, actions and

connectors, and integrations with Power Automate and Teams.

  • Power Automate Desktop experience for desktop and legacy-system automation, including attended and

unattended robotic process automation (RPA).

  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600.

Professional Skills

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones, particularly for offshore delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and keeping pace with Power Platform capabilities.
