Position: Business Analyst
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (onsite)
Type: Contract
Duration: December 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (option term: April 1, 2027 to June 30, 2027)
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis.
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Valid Prosci change management certification.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- 10 years’ experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement changes to workflows or new systems in a healthcare setting. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
- 7 years’ experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment. Activities performed in these roles should include stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments.
- 3 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role with duties including coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans.
- 5 years’ experience developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in a healthcare environment.
- 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.

Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires a business analysis diploma or certification, valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, and valid Prosci change management certification. Requires substantial healthcare experience, including 10 years in analyst roles, 7 years supporting change management, 5 years with Altera Sunrise and adoption communications, 3 years in project leadership or management, and 1 year developing and delivering clinical training.
