Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital

transformation initiatives for one of our clients. The role will be responsible for managing multiple

technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring predictable delivery, and

maintaining strong alignment between business and technology stakeholders.

The Delivery Manager will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineering,

QA, DevOps, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered with the expected

quality, timelines, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned digital transformation projects and initiatives.

Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Business Analysis, Development, QA, Architecture,

DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint/release planning and execution.

Track delivery progress using appropriate metrics and provide clear status reporting to leadership and

stakeholders.

Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and blockers and drive them to

resolution.

Manage multiple projects/workstreams and ensure priorities are aligned with business objectives.

Work closely with business and product stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria

are clearly understood by delivery teams.

Ensure appropriate engineering, QA, security, privacy, and release processes are followed.

Coordinate production releases and ensure appropriate readiness, communication, and post-release

support.

Manage dependencies across internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners.

Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, engineering practices, quality, and team

productivity.

Promote effective use of AI and automation across the software delivery lifecycle to improve

productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.

Provide regular delivery updates covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budget/resource

considerations, and upcoming milestones.

Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders and act as a key point of

accountability for delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in IT/software delivery, including experience managing complex digital projects.

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum software delivery and modern SDLC practices.

Proven experience managing cross-functional software engineering teams.

Strong understanding of application development, APIs/integrations, cloud platforms, QA automation,

DevOps, and CI/CD.

Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.

Strong risk, dependency, issue, and change management capabilities.

Experience with tools such as Jira & Confluence.

Ability to translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans.

Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience delivering technology solutions within healthcare or home healthcare.

Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR/HL7.

Experience with cloud-based solutions, preferably AWS

Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore engineering teams.

Experience with AI-enabled software development and delivery practices.

PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar project/delivery management certification is an advantage.
