FLFE Innovations Corp. is hiring a full-time Research Assistant / Customer Support Specialist (RA/CSS) to support our Research and Customer Support teams.
This is a hands-on dual role for someone who is organized, curious, service-oriented, and interested in research, consciousness, well-being, and personal development. The role is approximately 70% research support and 30% customer support, with flexibility based on team needs.
Important: This is an in-person position at our office in Nelson, British Columbia. Remote work is not available.
Work authorization: Candidates must be currently legally authorized to work in Canada. FLFE does not provide immigration, visa, or work-permit sponsorship for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research projects through literature reviews, data collection, data entry, participant communication, project coordination, and basic analysis
- Help prepare research summaries, publications, white papers, and customer-facing educational resources
- Translate research findings into clear, accessible information for customers and internal teams
- Respond to customer and free-trial inquiries by phone, email, and social media
- Support customers with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Assist with front-desk and administrative duties as needed
- Collaborate with Research, Customer Support, and Free Trial team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as health sciences, psychology, biology, social sciences, or a related discipline; graduate studies are an asset
- Experience with research activities, including literature reviews, data collection, research writing, or data management
- Strong writing, organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods is preferred
- Customer service experience and CRM familiarity are assets
- Comfort discussing consciousness, spirituality, meditation, and personal development in a respectful, professional way
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, video conferencing, and social media
