Floorence is dedicated to helping customers achieve sleek modernism, timeless elegance, or cutting-edge design through premium products and expert guidance. Role Description This full-time Sales Representative, Inside & Outside role is a hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of showroom-based work and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and advising customers in the showroom, presenting product options, and providing tailored recommendations for residential and commercial projects. The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts from first contact through post-sale support. The Sales Representative will prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and collaborate with design professionals, contractors, and homeowners to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position also requires maintaining product knowledge, participating in showroom events, and using digital tools to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills and comfort working in a showroom environment.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a high-quality client experience.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to develop long-term relationships and oversee repeat business.
Relevant experience in tile, flooring, interior design, or building materials sales is an asset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, email, and basic office software to manage sales activities.
Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for hybrid work as needed.
