Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative (inside & outside) role based in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will engage customers in the showroom, understand design needs, present suitable tile and slab solutions, and provide detailed product information and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow-ups, generating new leads, and building relationships with residential, commercial, and trade clients. The role involves preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and collaborating with the design and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Outside sales activities include visiting client sites, meeting with designers and contractors, and representing Floorence at industry events to grow the customer base and increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with a focus on customer-facing interactions and showroom or retail environments.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to listen, advise, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Proven Lead Generation and Account Management capabilities to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and maintain long-term clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or design details clearly.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting in Toronto, ON, with the ability to visit client sites and attend meetings as needed.
• Prior experience in tiles, flooring, interior design, building materials, or a related industry is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a goal-oriented mindset and commitment to ethical, inclusive customer interactions.
