Original job description

At Floqer, we're on a mission to revolutionize how sales teams sell – helping them turn bold, creative go-to-market ideas into reality and push beyond human capabilities. Floqer is rapidly growing and being used and loved by high growth enterprise teams like Perplexity, Wise, DXC and AngelList. We're a VC-backed, high-growth startup with a small team of talented, passionate individuals set on making an impact. We're located in Toronto, downtown.

About the Role:
We're seeking a driven and dynamic GTM engineer to join us in person. This role is crucial to the daily operations of Floqer and requires someone ready to manage various aspects of business operations – primarily customer operations, which means taking customers' ideas and helping them convert those into practical workflows that scale.
Responsibilities may shift based on evolving business needs and the unique skills you bring to the table. This flexibility is essential to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced environment like Floqer. If you enjoy taking on responsibility, managing relationships, and can juggle tight deadlines, then you'll be at home in this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and improving customer operations to ensure seamless experiences
Creating proof-of-concept workflows
Onboarding customers, and educating them on best GTM data practices

Why Join Floqer?

Equity Opportunity: We value your commitment and we ensure that you are rewarded with a compensation package that includes equity ownership.
Zero Bureaucracy, 100% collaboration: You won't need to climb a corporate ladder to make an impact, you will be growing with the company and eventually leading teams.
Growth Opportunities: As we scale, you'll have the chance to grow with us, taking on new challenges and advancing your career rapidly.
No Two Days Are the Same: Startups are fast-paced, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities. If you thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, you'll feel right at home.
Work Hard, Play Hard: While we work intensely to build something remarkable, we also believe in celebrating milestones and achievements as a team. Join us for team dinners, retreats and connects.

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic, and a drive to get things done.
Open-minded professionals who can adapt on the fly as business needs evolve
Commitment to the startup journey – if you're ready to work hard and contribute to our mission, we want to hear from you
Experience with Floqer, Clay, Zapier, n8n.

Bonus qualifications:

GTM experience (Sales, RevOps, Growth, Marketing) or a technical role (Product, Engineering)
Experience with no-code platforms
Product design experience, Figma
Experience running a business/startup

Benefits:
Health and wellness benefits.
Equity options.
Free food at the office (chef cooked meals), snacks & drinks provided in-office.
Dinners, off-sites, retreats and events

Our values:

We're CUSTOMER OBSESSED, NOT customer driven.
Luck comes from action, not from stars.
Change is the only constant.

Salary range: 70K-150K, salary varies based on experience.

Sound like a good fit? Apply today!

Don't meet every single requirement? We encourage you to apply anyways. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we would still like to review your resume. You may just be the perfect candidate for this or other roles.
