Position Summary

Tri Canda Industries Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow an established customer base across Ontario Canada. This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional - or an experienced bioprocess professional ready to transition into sales - to take over a strong set of existing accounts while developing new business across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of bioprocess manufacturing and the ability to build trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities, and provide practical solutions to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, retain, and grow an established customer base throughout Ontario.
Develop new opportunities within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CDMO, and related life science accounts.
Sell across Tri Canada’s portfolio, including valves, pumps, gaskets, hoses, fittings, single-use assemblies, mixing systems, and other bioprocess equipment and components.
Build relationships with engineering, manufacturing, operations, procurement, and other key customer stakeholders.
Understand customer processes and identify opportunities where Tri Canada can provide value.
Develop account strategies and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Work with internal technical resources and supplier partners to develop customer solutions.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.
Consistently achieve sales and profitability objectives.

Qualifications

Strong technical background and knowledge of bioprocessing and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience with stainless steel/reusable and single-use process equipment and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions within a customer organization.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Commercial mindset with the drive, competitiveness, and initiative required to develop and win business.
Ability to identify customer needs, ask effective questions, and translate technical knowledge into solutions.
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of results.
Direct sales experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong industry experience and demonstrated sales potential.
Willingness to travel throughout Ontario .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bioprocess salesperson - or a technically strong industry professional ready to make the move into sales - to take over a strong territory and customer base with significant opportunity for continued growth.

Compensation: The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000 CAD. This position is also eligible for additional compensation through a sales commission/incentive plan based on performance.
