  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role
  • Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17+), including multithreading, collections, streams, and JVM tuning
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and microservices architecture
  • Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
  • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and working with large datasets
  • Working knowledge of Apache Kafka, Spark, or similar streaming and big data frameworks
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
