  • Execute hands-on activities for Global IT teams, including equipment installation, replacement, troubleshooting, cabling, rack and stack, reboots, and other physical infrastructure activities.
  • Manage IT assets and inventory, including receiving, deployment, recovery, stock management, audits, and lifecycle activities.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, deploying, recovering, reimaging, and securing IT equipment.
  • Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and complete activities requiring additional expertise or external resources.
  • Support IT projects, site surveys, office moves, infrastructure activities, and other initiatives requiring onsite technical presence.
  • Maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve onsite support processes and service quality.

What you bring

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a related technical role.

  • Understand asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and CMDB principles.
  • Communicate effectively in English and the local language.
  • Work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of technical issues through resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach when supporting employees and business operations.
  • Hold an Associate Degree, technical diploma, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Flexibility to work fully onsite (100% presential), with occasional travel to regional sites as required
