We are looking for New Grad Electrical EIT’s to join our Electrical Engineering team!

Electrical EIT Responsibilities:

Developing electrical power system single line diagrams, schematics, substation layouts, and specifications.
Performing power system studies and calculations
Handling Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Material Requisition (MR) packages
Involved with Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), and communicating with vendors to collect data and footprints for equipment
Working on Engineering work packages for electrical systems
Attending factory acceptance testing of electrical equipment and opportunities for field assignments.

Career Paths:

Electrical engineering new grads have several career path options with Fluor depending on the specific persons’ interest and aptitude:

Develop into Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for complete Engineering and Design.
Develop into a technical Subject Matter Expert with the Company.
Develop into Engineering Managers on projects directing entire Engineering efforts or they can develop into Project Engineers and Project Managers.

Basic Job Requirements

Graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2026/2027.

Salary is based upon experience.

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
