Collaborate closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Expediting, Logistics, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with project requirements.
Lead procurement status meetings and provide regular reporting on procurement progress, risks, and critical milestones.
Mentor and provide guidance to buyers, expeditors, and other procurement team members to support successful project execution and professional development.
Analyze procurement data and market conditions to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable commercial practices.
Support project closeout activities, including final documentation, supplier performance evaluations, and lessons learned.
