About Flywheel
Flywheel's suite of digital commerce solutions accelerate growth across all major digital marketplaces for the world's leading brands. We give clients access to near real-time performance measurement and improve sales, share, and profit. With teams across the Americas, Europe and APAC, we offer a career with real impact, endless growth opportunities and the support you need to be the best you can be.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. This role sits within our demand generation function and is responsible for executing B2B marketing programs that support both new business pipeline and existing client growth.
You'll serve as a key bridge between sales and marketing - working closely with senior demand gen leadership, sales, marketing, and MarOps teams to build and activate target account lists, execute outbound cadences, and support campaign activation across events and content launches. This is an opportunity for someone who is execution-oriented, comfortable navigating a complex enterprise B2B environment, and motivated by making a tangible impact on pipeline and revenue.
What You Will Do
In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of demand generation programs that support both new business pipeline and existing client growth. Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain target account and contact lists that give sales a focused, prioritized set of accounts to engage across events, content launches, and outreach campaigns.
- Develop and deploy outbound sales assets for events, content launches, webinars and segmented outreach campaigns.
- Collect and compile campaign performance data across channel engagement, lead quality, and pipeline impact to support demand gen reporting.
- Monitor account engagement signals in HubSpot and flag high-intent accounts to BDRs and account owners.
- Collaborate with paid channel specialists to align LinkedIn and Google campaigns with demand gen outreach motions and target account lists.
- Support coordination across sales, marketing, and marketing operations teams to ensure demand generation programs are properly tracked and executed.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a demand generation, growth marketing, or related capacity; experience in an enterprise B2B or agency environment is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to craft outbound communications that resonate with senior enterprise buyers.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data management, list building, and campaign tracking.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools - HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a strong asset.
- Comfortable working across sales, marketing, and operations teams in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft or Outreach, and experience with paid media channels such as LinkedIn and Google, are a bonus.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role.
