The Opportunity

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our revenue organization. This role will improve Salesforce data quality, maintain accurate reporting, build dashboards, optimize sales processes, and provide analysis that supports decision-making across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, and can balance structured execution with independent problem-solving. This role is open to people already working in revenue operations, as well as to finance professionals from investment banking or accounting firms who want to move into RevOps.

What You Will Do

Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in Salesforce.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and recurring revenue-operations reporting.
Track and analyze key metrics, including pipeline performance, conversion rates, sales productivity, bookings, churn and retention, customer expansion, and forecast accuracy.
Support revenue forecasting through accurate reporting, data preparation, and analysis of forecast performance.
Identify data issues, reporting inconsistencies, and process gaps, and help implement solutions.
Support Salesforce integrations and investigate data-sync or system-related issues.
Help define, document, and improve revenue processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
Reduce manual work by improving reporting processes and operational workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to understand their business questions and turn them into useful reports or analyses.
Maintain clear documentation for Salesforce processes, reports, metric definitions, and recurring workflows.

Who You Are

2–3 years of experience in investment banking or a large accounting firm, or in a similar finance role, with a strong interest in moving into revenue operations. Salesforce experience isn't required; we'll teach you.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
Ability to manage recurring reporting responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working with both structured assignments and ambiguous requests.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a B2B sales or revenue organization.
Experience building Salesforce dashboards and recurring performance reports.
Familiarity with revenue metrics such as pipeline, bookings, conversion, retention, expansion, and forecast accuracy.
Experience supporting CRM integrations or troubleshooting data issues.
Experience documenting and improving business processes.
Interest in e-commerce, retail media, or digital marketplaces.

The Interview Process

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
