As a talented individual, we will offer you a competitive compensation package. In our family, we will support you to grow both financially and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

Assists project manager and superintendent with overall administrative functions and duties on large or several smaller projects/scopes, usually with a specific trade or area focus. This includes managing subcontracts and interfacing with the engineering design team and field staff to plan, execute, and problem-solve.

Assist project manager with changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Assist the project manager with the development and implementation of quality control programs.
Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to the superintendent and project manager.
Assist project manager with tender and awarding subcontractors.
Assist the superintendent with supervising the activities of subcontractors.
